Is Traffic Phoenix Software a Scam?
I just watched a couple-hour long webinar about Traffic Phoenix software.
The guy can sure talk, that’s for sure.
Traffic Phoenix software looks for Youtube videos with lots of traffic and helps put you into contact with the video owners. It looks for videos that get huge amounts of traffic but that don’t have any links in the description box. In other words, the videos aren’t yet monetized. You offer a few bucks or more to the video owner in exchange for them placing a link to the offer of your choice in their video.
UPDATE 9/21/11: Many, many people have commented on this blog, and it seems absolutely beyond any doubt that yes, Traffic Phoenix is indeed a scam.
Some of you have mentioned other versions of the same product flogged with exactly the same webinar and “Charlie” doing all the talking.
As a public service to everyone, I decided to write additional posts about each of these various reincarnations of the same old garbage. That way, even more people will be saved a thousand bucks and the endless customer service nightmares and refund shenanigans that have been suffered by the many people who have commented below.
And guess what! The comments have already started to roll in on Atomic Android X and Viral Affiliate X System (the ridiculous names of the new versions). Same old scam, guaranteed.

Traffic Phoenix Features
Traffic Phoenix also builds push-button websites that include high traffic videos and some junky but well optimized text surrounding them.
Traffic Phoenix also helps you identify rising-star videos and then download them and re-upload them to five other video websites automatically. You can add watermarks and other customizations to the videos as well. Basically, you steal other people’s work and re-purpose it for yourself. Not for me, I’m too honest.
How Much Does Traffic Phoenix Cost?
The price advertised on the call with Anik Singal was $997. It’s a one time fee only.
Sounds like pretty interesting software with some powerful yet spammy features. Includes video training inside their member area.
It’s a Plimus payment screen. I’m not sure if that means you’ll be able to get a quick and easy refund if the software doesn’t deliver what it promises. Clickbank does, but not sure about Plimus.
Is Traffic Phoenix a Scam?
I don’t think so. Is it worth $997? Not to me. I’m not into building tons of spammy websites.
But hey, I’m not making millions of dollars a month like all these gurus claim to be either.

It is a scam. The software doesn’t work and there is no customer support. Slow on refunds. Don’t waist your time or money.

I was foolish to buy in a rush as the presentation demonstarted the potential of th esoftware so I bought it in excitement.. now the alarm bell were screming at me not to because all the obvious scam trails or fake webinar, plimus, $997, no odf, no names, james denzel promoting it etc..
Anyway I am into day 2 of playing around with it and so far no support.. all my angry emails ignored 15 counting.. not all ignored but just not answering my questions.. promises of calls to me .. I will give it till the end of the week… I will refund.. I called plimus and they said 3 days from asking for refuind will be issued 100%.. the software doesnt seem to stackup… my hinch says cheap unfinished software with good intentions but was unfinished and bought for cheap never fixed and dodgy marketers who hide behind false names scamming peoples… theres a part of me that holds out that it will work.. but its quite complex to use and the videos dont rewally cover in depth at all so it will take 30 days to figure it out and there goes 30 day money back.. I give it till end of week..,

This is a scam. They wait and only respond after the 30 day limit even with multiple emails. They refuse to refund your money. I am in a dispute and letting my credit card company deal with them. SCAM!!! Beware.
here is another one of there names mobilecashpro.com I started using this name and it came up as Traffic Phoenix, it seemed so real I turned it over to CC company let them handle it.

The first day of the webinar there were only 15 licenses available and have no idea they will release any more licenses, so I bought the software from the first seminar. However, I’ve been getting replay webinar every other day.
The software comes with very limited training. There were no training on how to use the software. The training that came with the software only explain the functionality and nothing more. The software doesn’t work. I have contact support desk with several issues with the software, but no responses after 4 days. I contacted Plimus, the company that received the payment and just got the refund.
If anyone want to get the money back, contact Plimus they response very quickly.
I am grossly disappointed after paying out $900, Like everyone else Support is crap, i.e. no support, I have sent out many emails asking for help, but no reply, except when I asked for a refund, instantly they wanted to find out what the problem was, no support, no how to’s, just video about how the program works, great but what do with all these downloaded youtube sites, I have no idea, I get more from a program I have only paid $20 for. Anyway have had enough and want my money back, which was borrowed as an investment, I can not afford to lose that money.
Anyway do you have the Plimus details for me and everyone that is not happy.

I have just had a reply from TP regarding my request for a refund. They have refused saying they have a NO REFUND POLICY! My receipt is from SWREG can I go to them directly for a refund?
The software has been reeking havoc with my computer. I just to get my money back and uninstall it.

Just doesnt happend much… I also recorded the whole “1st” seminar where they claimed only 15 copies plus some extra slots because Charlie was SO EXITED about it yadi dadi da… Anyway… How do i do to get the money back. I bought this also with only 2 licenses left thinking this was the answer and had trouble getting it to work.
So how did you contact Pimus. I paid DRI*SWREG, Inc the Company and my recent says that is what will
appear on my bank statement. The bottom of my receipt says it is DR globalDirect, INC d/b/a SWREG, INc
as the authorized reeller. Is that what your invoices says, or are their other companies out there selling this?
I should have checked on this site first, but they make you think you are one of the lucky 15 people to get in.

I’m in the same situation of yours. I bouhgt this softaware (actually re-re-renamed Traffic Chaos) and in the SWREG policies it is written NON REFUNDABLE). what i would ask is: i’m not an american. i live in italy and in for my country laws it would be illegal. is it legal in USA?

I too bought the software and it doesn’t upload videos, send messages or anything that it is supposed to do. These guys are all frauds. Who knows who Charlie is. Probably someone that James Denzel or Adeel Chowdhry made up as the fall guy. Get your refunds fast. Traffic Phoenix Scam. James Denzel Scam. Adeel Chowdhry Scam.

I have had so many hassles with my computer since installing the software that it is not worth it. They are refusing to give me a refund. Can anybody help with that. Where else can I go.

Hey Andrew and Amara, thanks for commenting, great to see someone else having bad experiences and not just me lol I think we all were smart enought to take a risk and saw huge potential with software and massive free traffic to any offers we like.. almost seems too good to be true now I know more about youtube videos and how it works and how the software doesnt work..! I havent had success as there are massive bugs and it doesnt seem to work at all.. I think the crooks behind this got this in the pile of failed software ventures for a song and thought they would market it sneakily using underhanded fake webinar and scarcity tactics.. use marketers with no morals and big lists of gullible newbies mostly who would fall for it like james denzel (actor) adeel chowdrey , anik singal.. i posted on aniks facebook my issues with it and he responded on his wall and said to send him email he will get back to me helping out with questions and forward to support.. he wont reply to me to answer questions.. he said he had success with this and his team.. its total bs.. ! unless they have the fixed version.. anyway glad to hear Amara got refunded as I was nervous having not dealt with ;plimus before..! all the best everyone..! peace out!
I have been struggling with this Cr@% software and trying to get any support is tiresome. I am going to get a refund today. I am glad I found this page. I thought I was the only one. I sure wanted it to work too. I wonder why people put out such garbage for such a high price.
I almost bought it, and thank you guys for preventing me from doing that. I like to spend money on good tools, but before I make a $1000 purchase, I must hear from people who have used it. I was actually going to make an exception here because of the power of the software that I understood it can really generate huge amounts of traffic, but decided to check it out once again.
Please let me know if there is an alternative, because the strategy is a good one!

I came soooo close to purchasing this! Just had a funny feeling though. I was on a webinar last night that went 3 hours and the lines were supposedly maxed at 1,000 people which I don’t doubt. I’ve seen some statistics about how well these webinars work and believe it or not they have between a 30% and 50% closing rate in a lot of cases. I would venture to guess that they sold 100 of these at a minimum last night. That’s why I started getting suspicious when well over 2 hours in they still had a few “licenses left” when they were supposedly only selling 15 and this was also supposedly the first and only webinar for this. They went on and on about how Adeel had to beg this guy to do the webinar. Well I now know that’s BS!!! About half way through the webinar, I started doing some google searches and couldn’t find out much, but I did find a search result for where they did the webinar with Anik. trafficphoenix.com/anik Last night’s webinar sign up link was trafficphoenix.com/secret They aren’t using Plimus for it now, they are using a standard credit card merchant with a Paypal option. I’m guessing they got dropped by Plimus due to all of the refunds. Here’s where it gets really funny… They kept saying at the end of the webinar when they were almost 3 hours in that they couldn’t believe that there were still so many hundreds of people still on and then they went on to say “well we have 1 license left and we can see right now that there are two people on the merchant page, so if you want it here’s your last chance, but hey even if we don’t sell out that last one, no big deal guys as we want to be able to give the best customer support we can so that’s why we’re limiting it” BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!!!! LOL So they had two people checking out for that one spot and hundreds still on the webinar at the end and only 1 spot left, right??? You want a good laugh??? Go to trafficphoenix.com/secret That one spot is still available, so you better jump on it!!!!! ;^) I can appreciate good marketing as much as anyone, but this is just scammy behavior!!!!
They just changed merchant. Looks like all the sales got refunded and plimus banned them…

Changed payment processor as Plimus 30 day money back guarantee is strict and applies to all in all cases. The new payment processor company does not offer refunds at all.. go figure..! lol they probably had a 90% refund rate at plimus so decided to change for this reason..!
Really glad I did my homework and snooped around and found this blog. i have seen nothing but bad reports from this product and I came very close to purchasing it, I hope the people here get refunds and these guys ousted all over the Internet.
Lucky you I was in at the start, did some research but couldn’t find any, but excuse the saying, the Sh*t has hit the fan now…
They now use a payment processor called” SWREG digital river”. This processor will NOT give you a refund.
That is why some low-life vendors use them. I don’t buy any products offered thru this vendor ever! If people
like anik singal and adeel chowdrey or anyone else offer products thru this processor be very cautious about
their character because they KNOW that SWREG does not offer refunds and that is why they do business with
them. This review should speak for itself. If they disagree I’d sure like to hear about it. But they won’t say a

My husband is in bed exhausted from trying to work the Traffic Phoenix software out so I thought I’d post what we’ve found. I can’t post in the Warrior Forum as I’m a new member.
We too purchased the software package and like everyone here is saying we have had nothing but problems. Video’s don’t upload, messages are not sent, monetiser webpage is shite, sorry to have to say this. We have tried every aspect of the so called video training and we are getting nowhere. Nothing works as indicated. However, you do get to see what’s peaking on YouTube! Whoop de dooh! It’s a heck of a lot of outlay for that facility eh?
We have contacted the Traffic Phoenix Support Team 3 times now and were told that our 20 or so questions will be answered via Skype! We sent our details for them to Skype and we are still waiting. In the meantime, we have created 2 videos of our own & uploaded to YouTube. We had to pass the time somehow. Time is money as they say!
So, in my opinion, if you haven’t bought Traffic Phoenix you must have an angel on your shoulder because we are full of regret. I will be telling my husband when he surfaces and his migraine has gone that we are getting our money back. I’m sure this will not go down too well with Plimus either as lots of refunds will surely flag this one up!
We are really sad that there is still this kind of business play in the world and have learned a valuable lesson. We trusted Anik and we feel that he should have done his homework before offering this to his list. There will be lots of people very disappointed with this software and it’s training videos (HUH!) and support.
I will certainly come back and inform you all of the outcome. Either way, we will get a call from the Traffic Phoenix team or we will get our money back. Incidentally, if anyone knows how to get this software to work, please feel free to explain it to us.
We await to see if this is a beta test or like everyone else seems to think a complete scam! I thought a Phoenix rose out of the ashes. This one seems dead in the water!

I tried to contact them for support, I got 1 email then they disappeared. I have contacted Plimus and have got a full refund.
If one comment is true above and they have changed their merchant account then that proves, that these guys are con artists. I am normally very good with spotting crap deals and got carried away on the night.
SOME ADVICE
Some people may know this some may not, so this is if you are in the 'do not' camp.
If you have signed upto email lists and receive emails daily from marketing gurus and such, offering you exclusives to secret software, one click this and super affliate cash sucking… yeah you get the drift right? I won't mention any figures but a large majority of these guys are part of a un official clic that support each other when they launch their products. So basically they network together and use each others lists and at launch time they reach a huge potential buyer base. All the fancy emails they send are most of the time are templates given to them buy the product owners.
Do this, take the most recent product launch whatever it is and google " affliate” or ” JV”. You will find the affliate page or sign up to become an affliate for that product.
You then see all the promo stuff for people wanting to promote the product. Normally they offer cash incentives and have ‘highest sales’ league table extra.. All the names of the IM gurus sending you emails every day are on these lists and you won’t be supprised that Adeel Chowdhry is normally top 3.
I just thought Id share this. I don’t normally comment on blogs or anything, but obviously, by fingers are burnt, I’m a little upset, feel a little stooopid and hope this post can save someone else falling victim.

Those ‘gurus’ who promote this seller with their webinar should be contacted. They must have access to that guy (to get paid from all those affiliate sales from the webinar).
All the gurus I have contacted adeel & anik and told them about my thoghts and experiences so far. They have told me flat out that they have had great results with thte software 50k month and that it works fine for them. Charlie or Doug is a real person and one of the good guys and a friend. These guys were kind enough to forward my emails to him and I am on the list of sceduled members that they will call.. its been 2 weeks now and so far havent received a call.. Im patient though.. hopefully it will come by the time the 30 day mark hits..
Im still in love with this software and the amazing things it can do.. when they have the pdf manual and upgrade the trainig videos and once I get my call from technical guy.. things will be rocking and I too can enjoy some of those $11,539.63 days with only around 40 minutes of work per day!

Now what has been happening with the software Since I purchased it is it collects data from youtube searching thousands of videos every hour/day. But the real secret is that the software uses a tonne of bandwidth to do so as it downloads them. I found that in just 2 days it used over 10GB!!! this is crazy!.. the real ploy here is that no video owners end up replying to the so called emails that the software sends out to contact the video owners to ask if they would like to place our links in their video description for a small fee of say $20.
I wouldnt mind betting that its a good way to ride off poor innocents to use a tonne of bandwidth that would costs a fortune and scrape the profits by hijacking others efforts or in this case costs also! ingenious scam.. low level to the max! bring these people to justice all over the internet!

Just thought I’d post an update on our progress. Plimus refunded our money within 24hrs! Good News!
BUT…
We have received an email from the Traffic Phoenix support team informing us that they have now updated the software and it is now fully functional. Forgive me for being a little skeptical eh?
We have emailed them back with our suggestions. Funny, the support team seems to work to send us an email to tell us the software has been improved yet we have no idea in what areas? But they couldn’t contact us to explain that they were having problems. They could have saved themselves from the wrath by just being honest in the first place. Maybe some of us might have given them a bit of time if they had extended their money back guarantee of course!
On the up side, we still feel their software has a good concept but with lack of support, false promises and, if what it says above about not getting your money back with the new merchant, who I haven’t heard of by the way, is true then I’m still holding back on this one. Informing me that they have upgraded is fantastic for them but not in the least bit wonderful for me. I still have no proof whatsoever that this software works even with upgrade and there is no incentive for me to repurchase.
Hey look, everyone has their initial problems with software on the internet that’s understandable but a little common sense and decency goes a long way. It’s hard enough to make a living online as it is. An apology from these guys, whoever they are is not forthcoming just more of the same.
To top it off, we have a Dan Harmitt skype request and yet… Who is Dan Harmitt? But still no call. I await in anticipation.
Yes I have just got an email as well. So since I haven’t yet got a refund I downloaded the version 1.4 Set it up according to the instructions, but it appears to be exactly the same as before. ie no messages get sent. There was also a patch to download after the new software was updated. (Not clearly explained, but in the readme file from the download of the software.) Unfortunately, the patch install fails part way through the installation. The update was to get get the software to talk to youtube and hence have send out messages from your various accounts. The patch was supposed to add more message templates. Update = 0 out of 2 so far, at least in my case.
Im on the webinar now and it sounds like absolute crap. Glad I found this website, thanks for all the feedback

I feel the pain. One more time I feel like a complete dupe, idiot, and
quite a newbie to this internet stuff.
I too, was on the webinar a few days ago. It really was exciting and the software looked “obviously” promising. Long 3 hours later I broke down and purchased it. $$ Money I really didn’t have but fell to the hype and promises. God, will I ever learn?
The software will NOT even open on Mac computers. That is my only saving grace to get my money back, as I have not used the software, etc. I have 5 emails into
SWERG Digital River for a refund. I have another 15 emails into the support team at Traffic Phoenix. So far no luck. I’ll let everyone know my progress. I have also contacted Jamie Lewis (internet guru – above)to inform him of this issue. He has responded to me and I am hopeful he will get to the bottom of these issues.
This kind of stuff really takes the wind out of your sails and makes me think the hole internet BS is just BS. I was a fool! If anyone has success let us all know.
Wow the most unfortunate thing about this site, is that everyone seems to be saying the same negative thing, and unfortunately i am singing the same tune, I don’t have a clue about bandwith, however that may be a problem and since the training is so vague or dense… I am doing a lot of guessing and when you spend any amount of money for software you shouldn’t have to ‘guess’ how to get the software to work…
The software seemed amazing… maybe one of those to good to be true story’s… after I thought about it, Jamie said in one of his videos, that if you think you are going to buy a piece of software and get rich using it think again… to bad I didn’t remember that part of his video while I was on his webinar with “charlie”.
I switched my focus and I need to continue working on my real product that is phenomenal – however putting together a real product takes a considerable amount of time, however in the end I know it will be well worth it, and I will totally make sure that no one will be on any forums complaining about my product!
Unfortunately it looks like I will also be requesting a refund… all you have to do is tell your credit card that the purchase wasn’t authorized… and the charges will be refunded… if they get enough of those flags, they won’t be able to continue to sell a sub-standard product…
I thought Jamie and Anik were two decent guys… no I have to re-evalualte… hopefully there were duped by ‘charlie’ or will right this wrong… time will tell..

I must admit there were some issues with support being slow initially but this has now all been resolved.
We now have a great team answering your questions plus doing one on one live Skype calls and all the support team are in house.
Traffic Phoenix works but software being software some user are going to experience minor technical issues. With that being said new updates and patches are released when any issues have been found.
I have personally seen what this software can do and for some of you to call it a scam just because they had a few problems is beyond me.
The software was demonstrated live on the webinar and you get to see exactly what it is that you are buying in to, it’s not like some of these blind launches were you don’t even know what you are downloading.

But so many of the things said on the webinar have proven to be blatant lies, so why would I believe you folks have suddenly decided to tell the truth? The user at the charging end of the Paypal purchase said. ” It was digitally downloadable software. Thanks for downloading.” No mention of the sales page’s 30 day warranty. I need my refund.

You may go back to Paypal and argue that TP sales the software with authorized user license. TP has the control of the license, once they refund your money they can deactivate the license. That’s why Plimus issued me the refund.

Can you help me with my refund? I just got through emailing back and forth with someone named Kelly stating that you now have a no-refund policy, even though on the webinar it was clearly stated there was a 30-day refund policy in place. I understand that you have switched from Plimus to SWREG. It seems they will not give anyone their refunds. Why would you do such a thing? I can only hope that you will do the honorable thing and give me my money back.

I also purchased Traffic Phoneix. Yes, there are hiccups but support has been GREAT for me and I have made a few videos now.
I believe in the Traffic Phonix team and I hope to see the updates fix the little bugs and stuff.
Make sure you add them to your skype and email them your questions. One thing I noticed is if you go into them with a more “positive or upbeat” attitude when you email support- they seem to respond quicker!

I attend one of the Jamie and Travi’s webinars, ( i got the income entourage and he is offering me every day a new “secret formula” to make a lot of money, really im thinking now in asking for a refund of it, but that is another history) and the traffic phoenix sounded great, but i had not the money. and I am happy for that.
But now “Jimmy” try to get all that money Plimus refunded back.
“One thing I noticed is if you go into them with a more “positive or upbeat” attitude when you email support- they seem to respond quicker!”
So, after they scam us, we have to be polite…LOL
I just got a suspicious email about some kind of amazing software from Jani G. It looks like he is the next big Guru sucker to promote this garbage.
My experience has been the same. I’m waiting for a response on my refund request from both Traffic Phoenix and SWReg. I’ll be contacting my bank next. I don’t believe anyone is making $50K per month or $AnyK per month with this software. It’s junk…

Did you ever get your refund? I’m in the same boat as many people here. I’ve been thinking about going straight to my bank & file a dispute but I was going to try for my refund through PayPal first. I’m waiting to see if Charles got his refund through PayPal. I have sent 4 emails to SWREG & have not had any reply from them. The webinar I was on was August 4 so my 30 days is coming up soon. I think I’m just going to go ahead & file the dispute with my bank tomorrow. You know I read here that SWREG is NOT giving any refunds….well, during the webinar that I was on they were spouting their BS about only selling 15 copies & it sounded so good…so I specifically asked “Is there a 30 day money back guarantee?” And he answered my question & said “Yes”. He didn’t say it out load…he typed the answer in the chat box. But he was blatantly lying if now all of a sudden they are saying there are no refunds.

I’ve bought Traffic Phoenix and all my emails have been answered by their support team. I set up a project 2 days ago and the emails to the youtube channel owners have been sent. Waiting for some response so i can place my links in their videos. So far the system has worked for me. I will keep you updated on how things are going.
They have told me that they are going to upload more training videos this weekend but at the time im writing still no new training videos…….

Oscar that is good to hear for you but this piece of waiste should have worked from the start. Here it is being way over 1 month and sounds like you are the only one it is working for. Who knows you may be a “plant” like Jimmy. 99% of the people who I have heard from says it is a bloody piece of jackass fecies. Not worth .01 much less the near 1k they are stealing from everyone.

I’m not going to get to deep into this because after this comment I am going to my marketing review site to right a bashingly nasty review about this product. Just DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CRAP! Not only was I completely unable to even install the software (it crashed everytime I ran it and I have been in IT for over 20 years) but my support request was return with an “We are upgrading our support system” email. Same the next day. Same the next. Finally I did some plinking around and by running the XP version in compatibility mode on Windows 7 I got the software to run. If you have any marketing ethics whatsoever a bright flashing red light will immediately trigger in you. The software uses shady video scraping techniques and attempts to make the videos unique by doing underhanded tactics such as changing the bitrate and adding worthless overlays so that YouTube thinks that the content is original. Do you think this is in compliance with YouTubes’ Terms of Service? NOT! Worse yet it automatically downloaded the videos and started mass uploading them into my channel accounts without any verification whatsover. CAN YOU SAY MASS ACCOUNT SUSPENSION!!? Ya well I can cause that’s what it did to me. I’ve spent the last week trying to get my accounts back into good standing. It’s a massive spam machine, something I would never touch with a 10 foot pole. After over 15 support requests to actually attempt to get the software working, 4 refund requests to Traffic Phoenix and 2 to SWREG in a 3 week period I have yet to get a single response. I’m on the verge of legal action. I saw in another comment to try Plimus, so I will attempt that first before wasting more money on a worthless piece of product. Not only is this basically an alpha state product, it’s simply not an ethical way to generate traffic. You’re better off spamming all you good lists because the consequences will be less!
Oh, and actually a week ago their support staff did request my contact on Skype. And then guess what? When I got home I had a call on Skype ON THE EVENING OF JULY 4th!? Are you kidding me? So after calling and sending messages to their Skype contact once again – NOBODY HOME. Can you tell I’m p.o.’ed?

Let us know how it works out with your refund request from SWREG/Digital River. Looks like Traffic Phoenix switched from Plimus to SWREG midstream, likely to staunch the refund bonanza. I only ever bought one product through SWREG. I got duped, the product was a scam, and neither PayPal nor SWREG would do anything about it. I won’t be buying anything else from SWREG and I now know better than to expect PayPal to ever live up to their marketing claims of “buyer protection/buy with confidence” etc. Where I come from, we call that “once bitten, twice shy.” Good luck!
Thank God for the comments on this blog. I was moments away from buying this thing, when I decided to research if it could work on an iPad2. Sounds like it works the same everywhere – NOT AT ALL! Many of you are waiting for a refund…this is the way to get it if there is any hope at all…my Mother told me to do this years ago & it has always worked.
To bring SCAMMERs DOWN complain to the FTC – https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov. File with the FTC, let the scammers know you filed, for me refunds showed up instantly, then let your payment people know…your cc, paypal and ask them if you need to do anything for a Class Action Suit or should you just wait for the lawyers to call you.

In the long run this will come out bad for them as well, even though it may be easy money now. I filed a complaint with Paypal, but got the same response” since it is ‘digital’ they won’t act. Even though I copy/pasted confirmations of other people who did get their refund since the licence key is the only valid ‘item’ that makes it all work – something the vendor could disengage anytime after refund.
Would you know any way of tracking the required information – company names and details – so that I can indeed file through the FTC. I am not a US citizen this might still help. Regards,Paulina

I just got my refund from SWREG after about a week. I did tell them I would lodge a complaint with the FTC and a charge back with my credit card issuer if no refund was forthcoming. So I’m glad that worked.
I hope all other buyers of TP get their refunds, too.

Would like to give my two cents on this.
and ask them for assistance. It is not good for anyone’s reputation, especially for those who sell through webinars. My proposal would be that people would get grey-listed when they don’t do what they promise (stall or deny refunds injustly) and when they continue they should be blacklisted for a certain period. That might be more effective than just asking nicely, or asking angrily. Since it would impact their position among other marketers. What would you say? I am still waiting for a refund and think that this might help.

Hi! Frist of all I’m sad for have trust the great opportunit of the traffic phoenix people.
I waisted a lot of time and money to watch theirs webinar until earliers ours of the day and when I decided put it up in running,the softwear just do not work. I cvould even be able to what they call “retrive my key” to unlock the system and do what they show in theirs trainning videos.
I tryed for several time to ask for a solution using their support team, but no replay at all.

I did get a refund on July 14 from SWREG for another product. I just sent a request for a refund on traffic phoenix. On SWREG costumer service page there is a link for a refund and I used that. I hope it works.
Can you keep us posted about whether you are successful or not. I asked for a refund (again) through SWREG yesterday.
I have gone through the same issues, no answer to refund requests, and Paypal doesn’t seem too keen to help either since the product is “Because the purchased item is virtual, or intangible, the payment is not eligible for the dispute resolution process.” That is not the end of it though since they have helped others in the same situation. One just has to step up the procedure.
I’ll get in touch with my account manager at the bank also, and see what they can do.
It’s bad that one has to lodge that many complaints, waste of time and energy, but on the’up-side it is also part of a learning curve – one possibly needs in this line of work. Hello everyone. I purchased the TP just the other day after listening in on a webinar. I got very concerned when I started reading some messages of a scam. The reason I bought was because of the people involved such as Anik and Nigel who are well known in IM. I’m sure they would not purposely try to scam anyone. I have been in constant contact with support. They answer me everytime I ask them a question. I am being added to a dedicated skype room that deals with Traffic Phoenix and Affiliate Sniper. Hopefully with this skype room any and all questions can be answered with other members who are happy. I was assured that more staff will be on the job to help anyone with any and all concerns at support. I for one hope that this works out to my advantage. After getting in the skype room I will post another message and give you my thoughts.

This is total bull. I have never been in a skype room with no other members. They are just stringing me along.
I live in Canada. Does anyone else come from Canada? I called my Credit Card company to complain and do a charge back. I have to take the software into a professional computer retailer and get them to agree that the software is no good with the training included. I asked support if they issued refunds and they said no because they believe the software will work as stated. They just seem to be dragging out this issue as long as they can. I have 90 days to get a stamp of disapproval.
This is a total waste of money that doesn’t work. They don’t even have any training for the Media Hijacker.
I am SO glad that I searched for this guy’s name (“Dan Harmitt”) before I gave out hard-earned money for this! This post is actually the ONLY thing I could find on Google related to this!

They are able to manually control those posts Rick as far as which ones the people on the webinar get to see. So if you make a “positive” post, they allow it to be seen by all and if you make a “negative”one it’s never seen, period!!!!! I was asking very pertinent questions when I was on the webinar and they disregarded them all. They don’t answer or even allow to be seen any questions or comments that can be perceived as any type of “red flag”. They’re just playing the numbers game and knowing that there are going to be a certain number of people of each webinar that buy into their scam…
I watched some of this Ass Clown’s webinar and was laughing. No one has an easy money making system and just decides to let everyone else have it. That would ruin any competitive advantage they had. Selling the software, or the “Dream” IS the process! It’s like the greed of the gold rush in 1890. The people who made all the money were the merchants selling picks and shovels, hotel rooms and saloons. Few every found much gold.

wow I have been on 2 webinars for TF. I was blowen away,i wanted it.I beleived in andy parker.Who had said in webinar that he 2 was using it and was making heaps.1st problem was only 15 copys i couldnt get money into my visa debit account quick enough i was upset.then 4 days later someone else hosted same webinar same slides. I commented on it but of course no reply in webinar.then they went on sale same amount went in same time frame. today i even got same email saying u can buy in 2 payments. i then had already spoken to family member on getting this program money was to be going into my account soon as banks open monday morning.Well i hadnt found anything on TF online my sister found this site and im like wow i fell for yet another scam .thank you all for posting , you have saved me from this, im very sorry if you dont get a refund from these scamers.

I’m on this webinar right now and other people on there are all like “wow, this is amazing!” Everyone seems so impressed by it. All I can say is I’m glad I decided to do a little research on this product while the webinar is running. Well, actually, when Charlie tells us the price, now I know what it is, it’s not as if I could afford it anyway, so I wouldn’t have ended up buying this thing. There’s another viewer on this webinar who mentioned that he/she is on the verge of bankruptcy and going to a bankruptcy hearng next week – wait till they hear what this crap costs! How are they meant to afford this? If you can afford $997 I’m guessing you must be super successful already, so why would you sit through a 2 hour webinar/sales spiel?
After reading all the comments on this site and on the warrior forum, I cannot believe that this same stuff has just been repeated. What’s more it’s being touted as a special deal only for Paul Ponna’s Income Hybrid Buyers?
Originally run on Thursday night 04-Aug, and the replay was magically ready Friday morning. I have also been emailed several times to go watch the replay. And, strangely enough, when exiting from the replay you end up on the sales page with, guess what………only 1 licence remains!!!!!
What a load of C*^p these packages are.

IMHO it’s time to opt out of all mailing lists of so called gurus who keep promoting this type of rubbish.
Hurrah, these con-artists ought to be outsted from the IM arena! Watch out for the ‘plants’ saying how great this TP is! (lol). There ought to be some decency and integrity in business and IM. Investing $1k and getting shit is not the way to go, even if it is “buyers beware”. Those gurus should watch out for their reputation!!! If they are honestly trying to make a living and their product turns out to be crap, the right way to go is just to refund your purchasers when they ask for it! $1k is not small sum, refund your purchasers if they do not get the value for the amount they paid for! At least then you have the right to extend your “business life” and be given the opportunity to come up with better value products.
Found this website last night during a webinar recommended by Mo Mulla out of the UK. Mo’s products are very good and his support is exceptional. What is very disconcerning is that he would recommend this product. I make it a very strict policy not to buy any IM product/course/service over $99. I think all the web payment processors should help consumers out by bringing all these scammers to justice. Thanks for all your comments as it did validate my spending policy even more.

Hi you guys i bought this system about a 2 days ago through the swerge payment system. and although I hadn’t had and problems with the software I paniced because of all the negative reviews that im seeing here and on the other warrior forum. So I asked for a refund on the system, and they literally refunded me in less than a half hour i really hope i didn’t make a mistake getting a refund on this system, but when you see 100 people complaining what do you do I’ve only seen two good reviews on this software and thats just not enough for me.

Like all of you I have been terribly duped by Traffic Phoenix and I am sick about it. It just proved to me that going after these so called opportunities secures failure. I have sent soo many angry tickets and only get some vague responses that they have a well run software company. Dan who worked for Traffic Phoenix and responded earlier in these posts QUIT! So that says enough!

The so called Guros who endorsed this received 500 dollars per duped client! Sickening really! So all in all it is a terrible reflection of those people and a huge blow to me about integrity. Traffic Phoenix is now mailing me that I am the only one with a non workable software and they are working on my problem. I am inclined to listen to the software expert who had his Youtube accounts suspended because of the spammie nature of this faulty system. My version stopped working after 10 days. Go Figure. These people have no names or addresses only a sleazy non-refund merchant bank!! I feel so sorry for anyone who as yet falls for this!

Click on it and go to Payments and Billing item #1 “I want to request a refund” The rest is pretty self-explanatory.
I just received a refund after weeks of being stonewalled by TP.
I even received a refund for two months of billing because I purchased the 50 templates. When you ask for your refund let them know that your software is malfunctioning. And in my case I told them that “Charlie” had actually stated that there was a 30-day refund policy in place and I was mislead. Can you believe that they are still at it? This week I received an e-mail from an endorser who had the nerve to still contact me even though I unsubscribed from their mailing list because they were just as crooked as TP. They sent me a replay of a “webinar I had missed”. Unbelievable!! But there was “Charlie” again spewing forth the same garbage.
Anyway, after you do receive your refund do the rest of the world a big favor. File a complaint with the FTC. I did because I want those people stopped. Good luck to you. Let us know how it turned out.
I have been researching Traffic Phoenix for a while today after watching the video of the webinar. Found same info on warrior forum. As an update, I was watching a webinar about ATOMIC ANDROID X and the only difference was the name of the product. It was the SAME webinar, no change of anything, so be very careful when you think of buying a product.
I was so hopeful of this software, rushed in though and my optimism has finally run out after 1.5 months of my life wasted and $1,000+ down the drain. The only thing I learned was that I have to be even more wary about web products that claim anything to to with helping me make money.
Support was nothing of the kind. “Kelly”, “Dan”, and “Felicity” gave vague answers most of the time and stood me up on skype twice.
I feel like an idiot for keeping the faith and ignoring the signs for so long. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY, but what really hurts is the WASTE OF TIME that these scumbags commit you too. You go in and start spamming people on youtube and try to keep track of all the replies then on top of that try to get second rate help off the software support and find out it doesn’t work and you are waiting for them to fix it! They told me this! One message it’s “We are aware of this issue and are currently looking for a solution I will need to speak with technical and have to get back with you we apologise for this. Sorry for the inconvenience.” then the next message it’s “We assure you the software works”! Pathetic

Just started watching VIRAL AFFILIATE X SYSTEM! because believed to be same as traffic phoenix and ATOMIC ANDROID X, soon into it I could see it is the exact same webinar as the other two. If enough people pass the word to the internet marketing community and enough people start unsubscribing from all the people who push these products, they may get the hint to stop the scams. The only other solution is to have the government step in, and we all know how that would turn out (total government control), not an option. We need to get together and stop all the scams in family so to say. The scams need to go. We need to name names and get the word out to everyone.

I bought this software from a webinar with James Denzel and I have battled it and battled it but have not been able to get it to work and have had little success with their “support” if that is what you can call it. It is indeed the worse I have experienced in ten years of on-line purchases. I did not jump through any hoopes with regards to a refund as I had the intention all along to take this to the FTC and that will trump anyone’s little games being played. For any others reading this that would like to follow suit even if you did get a refund as that is not the bigger issue. The issue is putting lying thieves out of business and that also means the affiliates to have them equally responsible for promoting products that DO NOT WORK for the sake of a commission. Just like Ed said above, these scumbags have now renamed the system, and it’s now called ‘Viral Affiliate X System’. I just got an email about it from a Justin Michie. They just recorded the webinar again and now are calling the scam system by it’s new name instead of calling it ‘Traffic Zeus’ This is really getting out of hand. They’ve now changed the name of the product altogether??? That’s a major red flag!!!!! I luckily never purchased the product because I was fortunate enough to have found this blog back in June when I was trying to find reviews on the product before I purchased. Well I checked out this seminar and sure enough this is the Traffic PHoenix software they have just changed the name on one tab otherwise it is exactly the same. This is a huge deal as if you had a successful software system running would you change its name within 3 months of introduction??? No would be the answer unless you are trying to hide from the old name and reputation of not doing what it said it would do. Under those circumstances then when you are flogging a piece of crap you change its flavor every month so as to con the new lambs that come to the slaughter when the marks do not realize the new name applies to the same old software that DOES NOT WORK!

I was so close to buying this software. The only thing that stoped me was the price and no warranty of refund mentioned on their offer.
Now three days later Im reading this reviews and cant belevie.
I got through to webinar by leaving my e-mail to Justine and Frank. Two different people. On Sep 18 I got notice from both about webinar. One at 7pm that I missed and one at 9:30pm that I attended. The software was practically sold out with one space left when webinar was finshed. Everybody was told that no replay will be available. Well three days passed and I receved replays few times already from both Frank and Justine 2 spots are still open, you still buy if you want.
To my surprise when I reviewed webinar replay from Justin (that I missed) and one from Frank (that I watched). It came to be the same software from Charlie only that one from Justine is called VIRAL AFFILIATE X (he promotes link viralmonopoly dot com) and from Frank is called MONEY AFFILIATE X (he promotes link mobilemoneymachines dot com)
That ticked me off. Same software $997 only 15 spots limited to just the few.
With 2 different names, 2 different webinars on the same day 1 and half hour apart from each other. That is sick. Thank God I got replay of webinar from Justine. So now you can see there is another new name MONEY AFFILIATE X.

As this issue progresses I have already had several people contact me at suenosdeamigos@racsa.co.cr with regards to joining in on launching a case against the creator and promoters of Traffic Phoenix. Today I gave them a final 6 day ultimatum to get this functioning or face the consequences by then it will be 110 days and for me not a single message sent to any video owners. Now based on their past don’t give a shit attitude presented by this support team if one dares call this support, it is more like the pain and aggravation team, I doubt anything will happen at all. But at least I can say I gave them every reasonable opportunity to mend their ways.
Meanwhile if you bought this crap or even if you did not but feel that you were a victim to false advertising then I suggest you join in with us and help us send out a clear message via the FTC to put pricks like this out of business.
One thing in particular I want to do is go after the affiliates as these guys are a HUGE part of the problem. Like what kind of decent person promotes a high priced product without actually testing to see if it actually works, so these scum bags promote something with only one thing in mind. “How many pieces of $500 can I get! No need to concern myself if I am aiding and abetting a fraud.”
I bought from James Denzel and this guy won’t even answer any of my emails at all. So to me that tells me that affiliates think they are untouchable and my goal is to convince the FTC that these guys are a principle part of the problem. If we didn’t take actions to get our money back 1/2 of it is in their pockets. They have to be just as accountable especially in the case of a fraudulent product which is what this most likely is. I do know for a fact we have them dead in the water on false advertising with all the BS about the “only 15 licenses” they were selling on each webinar. (Now of course the more claimants and witnesses we have to this infractions the better off we are.) Yet I can’t get service because they are tooooo busy. Well how the *&%$ can you be too busy if you only sold 15 on each webinar. I have a recorded copy of this webinar to prove that they lied and that is all it takes to prove false advertising hence makes everything fruit from a poison tree. From there it also flows that any guarantees or expiry of refunds is a mute point when the whole operation was a fraud. Additionally the FTC has the capacity to seize all assets of the affiliates (accomplices) as well as dear Charlie and of course to shut down any of his websites.
Now to give you a further heads up I have pretty much abandoned this as a viable project so I have moved on to set up another business marketing nutraceutical products. As a result of this experience I have also seen the other side of the coin as to how merchant accounts function in order to bill to credit cards. So what I know for a fact yet is quite contrary to what many will say at your credit card company, the Credit Cards and especially the Merchant Banks hold 10% of all charges in a rolling reserve of 10% for six months from billing hence there is and has to be money there to at least settle some claims. Oh and if your charge backs exceed 3% per month they blow up your account. Well what do you think TP’s charge back rate is?? It has to be through the roof as darn few would have been as patient as I have been with this BS.
At any rate we can get them on advertising fraud as the FTC can real easily get the charges from the CC to verify they were long beyond the 15 sales and for that they are royally screwed. Pretty stupid on their part to pull such a glaringly obvious boner as well as one that is so easily proven if one has the appropriate powers like the FTC does.
The other important issue is that we as a group must work together and either submit one claim as a group or we must synchronize so that all the individual claims make the same charges and hit them all in the same hour of the same day. This is where a trickle effect is definitely not what we want to make our point what we want to do is hit the FTC with a sledge hammer and have all these claims hit them like a tsunami all at one time. Such carries much more force and effect as compared to each of us submitting here and there over many weeks.
I am sure we all can agree this kind of crap must stop and those who participate in such frauds especially when the affiliates feel the heat on their asses when all hell breaks loose. We most certainly have nothing to be ashamed of here we were just anxious to have a product that performed as advertised and that is why I have openly given out my email address to help bring about a solution. A very clear message must be sent to the scums that lurk around in the IM world and think they can operate like it was the wild wild west. Victims must be much more vocal than is the common. Enough is enough. For those that are on the same page here please contact me directly to get on the list to help bring about change as well as some well deserved justice as well as to go for refunds at a 2 to 1 ratio.

I bought the TP from Jamie Lewis’s presentation,and I have had nothing but grief from the support team. I also got no replies for any of my so called projects either with the media monetiser or the media hijacker.
It has been over 100 days since I bought the software, and I have only just found this site. I thought I was the only one who couldn’t get the software to work, and that it was because I was a newbie,but now I know I was just gullible

I was caught offguard by the webinar and signed up but after sleeping on it decided it seemed a bit spammy and asked for a refund, that’s when alarm bells rang as I got no response.
I was not aware that this crap still went on as all the marketers I have dealt with up to now have been honourable.
I have contacted Trevor and encourage others to do the same, these people need taking down.

Be persistant, I was polite but persistant and told the truth. It seems they want you to give up. I read all the posts above and clicked all the links and got the PDF with the 30 day refund on it (but did not have to use it in the end)

and checked out the FBI IC3 website and was compiling a report to file a complaint. I told TP what I was intending to do and gave them 48hrs or I was going to make it my lifes mission to cause as much trouble as I could.
I got my refund the next day and thanked them for doing the decent thing.
I should have known better than to have bought in the first place as I normally would search out sites like this first but the webinar was good and I just got the fear of loss syndrome and purchased on a whim.
A harsh lesson learned, never buy this kind of stuff without full research first. Why would we spend over a thousand dollars on software we have not fully checked out, beats me. I felt sick at the thought of losing that as I did not want to use the software after all that anyway.
The most frustrating thing is that when it comes down to it there is only their support desk to talk to, no office to turn up in person at, essentially they are invisible. The only way I could see would be to get the FBI to sort them out. A very fragile position to put ourselves in.
All I can say to everyone is keep going, I got there so you can too.

I’ve bought this software last night on the webinar (I had a moment of weakness, I usually don’t buy expensive stuff like that; and I bought it pretty much with my last savings) than I found some review sites and everybody says that this software didn’t do what it was supposed to do, make peoples computers crash, and clogged their bandwidth with videos and everybody is requesting a refund.
oh and everybody had almost identical webinar with this mysterious Charlie guy, that was selling a limited number of licenses
Actually the original software is called Traffic Phoenix so you guys just changed the name and keep selling it. on top of that you sold way too many last night, not just 15 you said you would sell. I didn’t even try it, I don’t want to crash my laptop, so I requested a refund today and I’m in the process of getting my money back… I got couple of mails from your support team, I hope there will be no problems with the refund ASAP, because if I don’t get it by tomorrow, I WILL contact the federal authorities (Implied Warranty of Merchantability law) I know my rights!!!

What I do encourage is making an educated purchase in which you will
utilize the tools that you get.
With that being said, I haven’t seen the reviews but PERSONALLY do use
the software with great success. Most the time when it comes to these things
it tends to be USER ERROR that causes problems.
Yes, it was called Traffic Phoenix a long time ago, I won’t deny that. There
have been a ton of updates since it was created and now is flowing very
smooth.
Also the Affiliate Sniper- would have been emailed to you within 48 hours
as a separate link.
As far as your payment, I did see it was refunded. It will take however long
your bank takes to reissue the money back into your account. The money was
indeed reversed and should appear in 3-5 days as a standard.
I’m sorry I lost the credibility in your eyes, but I always use what I sell, if you
stayed on my list you’ll see any promo’s I do, I tend to tell EVERYONE exactly

Interesting that Jimmy replied to you. I’ve sent him several email messages about this fraud, but he never replied. After threatening to go to the FBI and FCC, I did receive a reply from Support on 10/15 indicating they had forwarded my refund request to their refund department. As of 10/25, no credit has been posted to my credit card.
My next step is to get help from my bank. If that doesn’t work, I will go to the FBI and FCC.

I have well over 30 hours invested so I guess that makes me a f!@#$%^& idiot then since I can’t get it to run. OF course my 17 pages of tickets and IM to them trying to get them to fix it but they never did and never will. The only other equal liar is Anik Singal who says his office has it working but then he is an affiliate for this crap too so of course he would not be lying would he??? And the cheque is in the mail and the government is here to help you.

Does anyone know how to remove TP from the computer? I tried first to remove some of the projects, and TP went into “program not responding” mode. I then tried to uninstall the program, and the Microsoft uninstall program can’t remove it Ithink it is taking about 1 gig of my broadband access every day and before long I will have paidfor the program again with my internet costs!!!

I also bought the software. I contacted Jimmy who in my view is a straight-up guy..explained to me that previous copies had problems but now fixed.
It came with a 7-day refubd and I’m prepared ti guve it fair trial to see for myself rather than just read comments from others who maybe haven’t tried and tested the software.
Aldin, how can you rant and rave if you haven’t tried it out.. ? I’d be the first to kick ass if it didn’t work and was a scam.
I’ll give PPB the benefit of the doubt that it does what it says on the tin until I FIND otherwise.

I was about to give it a try but then I read a bunch of comments on this site and some other sites about people getting their computers malfunctioning and stuff so I just figured out it wasn’t worth the risk… I haven’t found a single positive comment other then some affiliate “review” site..
anyway after couple of weeks sending mails to Jimmy SWReg and my bank I got my money back (-50 bucks, I guess that covers conversions from swedish crowns to dollar and then back to crowns, but that’s the price I have to pay for being naive… what the hell was I thinking buying a software for 1k on a webinar.

Please read my reply to Aldin posted today. If Jimmy is such a straight-up guy, why won’t he reply to my emails and support request to help me get a refund. I have copies of his webinars for this product as well as a copy of an earlier version in June/July. I have taken screen shots of the so-called attendees for those webinars and they are exactly the same. Some may call that typical marketing, but I call it deceitful.
Also deceitful is Jimmy’s comment during his webinar introduction that he had been working on this for a year and was now ready to bring it public. However, it’s apparent he simply became a reseller of TP, renamed it to fit his “bot” theme, and replayed the same old webinar as if it was brand new. During his year of supposedly “working” on this product, he was too lazy to recreate the product as is evidenced by the fact the product is Traffic Phoenix when accessed by the buyer. If you have accessed PPB, weren’t you bothered by the fact it’s actually TP?

Well subsequent to my last post here I have zero doubt that I can safely assure anyone and everyone that this product is nothing but a total scam. I have given these jerks every opportunity to fix this crap software yet nothing has happened IN 4 1/2 MONTHS since my purchse on June 10th. Unless you call insulting service and nothing less than 5 appointments made for service of which NONE were ever attended by them. Now if there was actually a functioning product here surely two months from my first missed appointment on Aug. 24th up to today Oct.28th something could have been made to work. No way can a legitimate business operate like this and survive, it can’t happen, but then this business never was, it was a scam from the get go. Just to add the icing to this cake what proves this more than anything is this piece of crap is on what its fourth name in as many months. We folks wake up and smell the roses that tells it all no one but no one in their right mind is going to keep changing the name of a new decent product it would be sales suicide. You only keep changing the name to try to keep ahead of the bad press when you are flogging shit!!! That you can take to the bank….
Now by the time you read this unless you are one of the few that have already contacted me it will most likely be too late to include you in our group that is going to attack immediately. However I will provide anyone with the copies of what I have done and how just for the asking at my email: suenosdeamigos@racsa.co.cr.
Now the good news is through my other endeavors and business I have found their Achilles heel and know how exactly to get our money returned. No not by attacking Traffic Phoenix and most certainly not from being polite to a bunch of thieves and scum bags but by going after the processor of the transaction. My basis and premise to all of this is that I am not asking for a refund but demanding a reimbursement of a fraudulent transaction which this clearly was and is. Hence a very different rule book.
My 17 pages of communication via support tickets and skype IM not only proves this but more importantly it is very easy to prove that we were all victims of absolutely false advertising. They advertised only 15 units would be sold, but I have a screen shot showing the proof of such claims, yet they sold many more than that hence all sales were fruit of a poison tree hence grounds for reimbursement. This is an aside of course to the simple fact that the software did not function as advertised but it is something that is black and white. They advertised one thing but did something that was opposite and detrimental to the purchasers.
Now that I know how to attack the processor who of course all too well knows that these cons processed way more than 15 sales. I have every reason they will be most cooperative as the alternative is they loose their capacity to process any future charges to cards. Hence exactly what business do you have as a processor if you cannot do exactly that PROCESS! Forget the refund period that is only relevant to legitimate business not fraudulent scams however no processor or their customer service people are about to volunteer to you just how to go about this. Also few people realize that the Merchant Bank always holds a security reserve on the processor of 5% to 10% for six months prior to its return to the vendor/processor. Few also realize that that Merchant Bank can literally cut off that processor’s business with the click of a mouse and not even so much as a warning or a howdy duddy. They have both considerable power and considerable risk if they should be seen as supporting fraudulent business.
Step 2 is I am still going to go after the culprits with the FTC for further damages and I will be making a plea that FTC also pursue the affiliates involved in this scam. It is my position that the affiliates are at least 60% responsible for such scams as without their mailing lists such scams simply could not go on. Hence anyone that uses their list to get a 50% commission from a product that they have never tested (sadly most don’t give a shit if it works or not) deserves to face the same rath of regulatory authorities as does the front line perpetrator. WE shall see what happens with this initiative it all depends on good old goverment to do what it should so that is an if unlike attacking the processor that is not an if as they are in fear of shit coming down from both VISA and FTC at the same time. If you got a refund great but don’t stop there join the list and hang these guys by the jewels at the FTC.
Oh I forgot to mention Charlie does indeed have a sense of humour as he sent us a sales promotion last week in an e-mail titled “Important Member Update” and it was a pitch to buy some other product. I responded and told him he has to have the biggest balls in all of the UK. Who would pitch you after fleecing you for $1000 for a piece of phony crap??? Here is my prophecy which I may be able to prove but only when I find out who really owns the merchant accounts. But I will bet any of you $500 that the real owner is not from the UK at all! I think Charlie is just a paid actor fronting some Gringo con artists. Not intended to offend anyone from the US but none the less this is my opinion. While at it here is another bet, I bet that if any of you go to the site that you were pitched this crap from you will find that the ownership of the site is private. This should not be allowed everyone who owns a site should have to show publicly who it is. If you are not into scamming people why should you not acknowledge the ownership of your legitimate site???

Same paid actor, a secret so-called “guest” who runs under the alias of “Charlie”. That should have sent alarm bells ringing straight away….. It’s also introduced by a 1.5hr webinar by Adeel Chowdry. The software doesnt work and the support they have clearly outsourced and some lady Nancy who has absolutely NO IDEA!!!! SAVE YOUR $$$$

You have to be firm with them!, I actually watched the webinar the other day and apparently it’s a travelling webinar, well I made the mistake of jumping in on the hype yesterday, I watched it the nite before & it said it had 1 license left, without doing any research I jumped in & got suckered into the upsell for another $297.00, I alway’s check out a product out & find reviews on WG & google em!

Just to give you guys a quick head’s up, this program is back and this time it is called “Azon Conspiracy”.
It iS the exact same software as the Traffic Phoenix software (you can even see Traffic Phoenix come up as a Google login names in one of the videos when the guy trys to login to google).

So…. This creep has struck again under the moniker of AzonConspiracy.com with the same spiel — only 15 copies!! Hurry!!! and the software does not work at all. Still using SWReg and DigitalRiver as processors.
It is now being called Azon Conspiracy and has been marketed to me by Dan Brock, am pursuing a refund now…dont get sucked into this!
If you want a refund go to the support desk of Digitalriver(they deal with Swreg) and they will give you one immediately as they are aware there are many unhappy people 1-877-229-2938(you may have to add more 1′s depending on where you live).
They have refunded me via paypal back to my credit card.
The concept of what the software was meant to do seemed good but I am not prepared to risk $1000 on something that doesn’t seem to work.
Just a heads up that this piece of c**p has been re-branded again and is now called Azon Conspiracy. “Charlie” is involved again, this time in partnership with Dan Brock and Tim Atkinson.
I was suckered into this during a webinar last week and am now in the process of trying to get a refund after reading so many threads and comments about it.
As Charlie is a Brit and supposedly the creator of the software, I might even contact the Office of Fair Trading in the UK to see if they can do anything about it.

Just a quick update. I managed to get the refund from SWreg/Digital River. Don’t ask me how, it just happened….guess I got lucky! This was in spite of their support desk stone-walling me for nearly a week. Happy Days!!
But….Charlie is still going strong. In the last few days I have received emails from him about another webinar he is holding tonight (28th Dec) to talk about more exclusive training for members. I can pass on his email address if anyone wants it.

A week ago it resurfaced as MobileCash Pro, promoted by a real huckster named Nathan who also pitches Mobile Cash Empire. It’s the same exact webinar and the same 3 hrs of scarcity, (15 with 1 left at the end). Please don’t ever believe that one. There is always time to check out a legitinmate product and still purchase it. The initial video was so scammy I followed up with a throwaway email address to see what it led to, and here we are. I wish people would be more skeptical when there is absolutely no accounting for the presenter and no verifiable info as to the company behind it. It has had at least 6 different names this year. If it did actually work, it would not take long for the 100′s of users to dilute it’s effectiveness. I just went looking to see if anyone had complained and wow! this thread pretty much sums it up….
WARNING, WARNING I went to look at Income-Crusher.com and Trojan warning came up on my system. If you don’t have robust anti virus or other protection it may have your details.
I also checked some of the links made by a member on the warrior forum and none of them went anywhere. and one went to a dodgy page. so be warned.
I too thought long and hard about this software, and went for it, only to find it was a pile of horse crap. Lesson learned, they do a good job of making it look like it is about to sell out, and I fell for it. Not again.
Avoid, I am now looking to get money back, but not holding breath. There seems to be a few of these “live” webinars with “Charlie” on them and the other one recently was similar but another “product”..

Platinum Profit Bot – sounds like the same scenario that your posts talk about. Same 1000 people on the seminar, same only 15 copies left, grabs videos from You Tube, pays owner to post link in description – doesn’t mention any refund policy. I emailed and asked in the chat box and haven’t seen an answer yet. They just keep counting down how many copies are left. Seminar has only been two hours left. Couldn’t find anything on WF or Google on this product, then tried the person talking “Dan Harmitt” and found this post! So, I thought, if I post this, maybe it will save someone else. Good luck everyone.
I wanted to let you guys know that I bought a software that does everything Traffic Phoenix claims with a very detailed video…and an extremely outlined pdf that is easy to understand, and customer support answers within 24hrs.
I did not have to contact them about the video software but another software I purchased and they respond immediately. I got it for dirt cheap and it works perfectly. If it is okay with the moderator I will post the software…but if not I must respect his wishes.
Thanks everyone for your honest input here. Just saved me lots of money or the thought that this might actually work.

There was a webinar this night (it’s still running as I write this, hold by Ty Cohen); this time the software is named “Tube Assassin”. Same price. They show some bit.ly- and goo.gl-links in the webinar, but the statistics of this two URL-shorteners are public: the shown clickrates are not true and most bit.ly-links are flagged as “potentially problematic”. The website, which is generated “live” was cached by Google already on Jan., 23th. I am a little bit dissapointed …

I fell for it and now I am disputing it with my credit card company. I have also sent an email to SWREG threatening I will go to FTC and FBI if the money is not refunded. I will also be letting my credit card company know about the comments on this website to support my case.
They are deviously changing the name of the product to try and avoid coming up in searches for product reviews. Shame on anyone involved in this scam.
Hi, Did you guys know this product is still on the market being pushed by affiliates all over the place. However it has been renamed, “Tube Assassin”. Same webinar, same presenter “Charlie” (no real names given in this scam that’s for sure), same 15 copies scarcity tactic. I got sucked in and bought and have had nothing but trouble with the support people, no manual, software not working, and I have asked for my money back. Looks like I need to do more than that though and go through PayPal and SWREG/Digital River to get some results. Looks like some people have had refunds going this route and have copied the steps provided by some commenters here. Thanks
Is there any group action being taken against the people behind this “software”? I have noted that there are a number of people who have turned up on the Warrior Forum who have also been stung by these unscrupulous salespersons. If we can all get together somehow we could bring and end to this and hopeful get them shut-down for good. I see that some people are threatening to go to the “authorities”…. is this something we should do individually or would it be better to do together? I think I saw on another blog somewhere that something of this nature was getting organized, if I can find it again I’ll get back here and provide a link.

What Ty Cohen is pushing it again? I communicated with him and told him about my troubles after purchasing this through one of his previously sponsored events. I am going to contact him again that’s for sure. What are these guys playing at? And Vicky, it’s like so many of these events online now… they make out that it’s live but more often than not it’s not and these ones with Charlie are definitely not. So deceptive and all the false scarcity at the end is always fake. Thanks for the heads up on the name change. I’ll spread the word.

I believe it has several different names. A new name for each promoter. As soon as you here them introduce the host as Charlie, press the exit button as soon as possible!

I want to ask you some advices regarding to the thread “Any Assassin tube here?”. I got that software and i encountered the same problems of people complaining in this forum. I feel i was naive and silly to spend that money for that. i feel tricked. now that software is named Traffic Chaos as you probably know. I will not say any more as people complaints are absolutely real. i have the some complaints to say. my question is: my i ask for a refund? i have got this software less than 1 week ago and I’m either unhappy about support (it is really bad, believe me!) or the results they promise this can give.
Excuse me for bothering. I’m quite a newbie. I’m italian, so apoligize if my english isn’t perfect.
I will be glad to collaborate with forums users to share experiences and let all of us know what is good or not.

That’s interesting…. still getting promoted and people still getting sucked in obviously or else they wouldn’t still be at it. Any idea how we can get them shut down? The constant name changing thing is getting hard to keep up with and only those of us who are familiar with the presentation and the so called “software” are able to sound the alarm. I suspect they will redo the presentation soon using a different presenter other than “Charlie” as we are all on to him – well that name at least.
I am pleased to announce that I got my refund finally after weeks of emails back and forth between myself the support desk for this product (a waste of time), the SWREG support desk also didn’t seem interested in helping so finally I escalated things through PayPal…. fortunately I had used PayPal to make my payment… and they resolved it and got my money back within a week.

Chalie has been around since June 2011. He uses the same marketing tactic, and hasn’t change it one bit. It works every time. He a good actor using the same script and get pay probably by millions by now. He might pops in and out every two or three months. There are many new marketers that will promote his products. I think he makes a lot of money out of scamming in spite of the refunds, not everybody got the money back. However, he created bad karma that will catch up with him sooner or later. This reminds me of the movie “Catch Me If You Can”.

I thought I was learning something from “Eric’s Tips” with all his lessons until I found out that he is totally naive and supports “Mystery Man Charlie” with his white Roce Royce. It is all supposedly driven by YouTube – and guess what; Google recently bought up You Tube and it is changing all the time. It will be written off and made useless and unpopular. Google Play is going to the new fad and they are fighting for competition with FaceBook.
